These materials may be used solely for conference-related purposes, including promotional and publication activities in both print and electronic formats, such as the ICOSPOLS website and official social media platforms. Information related to stakeholders may also be utilized for awareness and promotional campaign materials.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4220b16 e-con e-atomic-element e-flexbox-base e-default-div \" data-id=\"4220b16\" data-element_type=\"e-flexbox\" data-e-type=\"e-flexbox\" data-interaction-id=\"4220b16\">\n    \t\t\t<h3 data-interaction-id=\"cb74c56\" class=\"e-heading-base e-default-h3\"><strong>No Show Policy for Onsite Payments<\/strong><\/h3>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-70b46d1 e-con e-atomic-element e-flexbox-base e-default-div \" data-id=\"70b46d1\" data-element_type=\"e-flexbox\" data-e-type=\"e-flexbox\" data-interaction-id=\"70b46d1\">\n    \t\t\t<p class=\"e-c282d70-c17a59d e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"c282d70\">Participants who have confirmed their attendance by submitting proof of travel arrangements (e.g., a copy of their air ticket) to the organizing committee are expected to attend and present at the conference. Failure to do so without prior notification will not be accepted.
