• This conference is organized and managed by the Faculty of Social, Political, and Law Sciences, Universitas Sulawesi Barat
• You acknowledge and accept that we have the right to publicly announce our business relationship with you which shall include but not be limited to announcements on social media. Such announcements shall not be disparaging or otherwise adverse to your business.
• All registrations are regarded complete only having made the full payment prior to the Conference and on site
Program Slot Policy
• If you are unable to attend the conference, we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no extra cost provided that we have at least 2 weeks prior notice of the name of your proposed substitute and have received payment in full.
• All registration fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made prior to the conference.
Consent to Use Photographic, Video and Audio Recordings
ICOSPOLS official photographers and media personnel may take photographs, record videos, or capture audio during the conference. These materials may be used solely for conference-related purposes, including promotional and publication activities in both print and electronic formats, such as the ICOSPOLS website and official social media platforms. Information related to stakeholders may also be utilized for awareness and promotional campaign materials.
No Show Policy for Onsite Payments
Participants who have confirmed their attendance by submitting proof of travel arrangements (e.g., a copy of their air ticket) to the organizing committee are expected to attend and present at the conference. Failure to do so without prior notification will not be accepted. This provision applies to participants registered under the physical and hybrid conference categories.
